In 1975, I started private practice in Oregon, my family being from the Willamette Valley. We moved to the Seattle area in 1986, and have been at our present location since 1988. 

We understand the permit process and requirements for development in unincorporated King County as we have worked with King County since 1990.  We also have worked with all the surrounding jurisdictions.  What ever  your project is we can help.  Whether it is new construction or remodeling we can be of service.  We work with our clients to provide the scope of services they require.
